Thank you for saying this. I’ve seen several dermatologists who weren’t the least bit concerned about my hair loss. They automatically blamed it on stress, genetics, or traction alopecia without running a single test or asking me questions that would warrant their conclusions. A complete waste of time and money.

To everyone who's confused at her advice. I think what shes saying is if there are 10 treatments available for you, do all 10 at the same time, when hairloss stabilizes, you start figuring out which ones aren't necessary.

If you try each method one by one, it'll take too long because hair growth can only be seen 3-6months of continuous treatment. Imagine trying only 2-3 methods in one entire year (and none worked), balding for an entire year would be so not worth it for saving some money. The longer a hair follicle is dormant the unlikely hair will grow back, so save all of them asap!

DHT attributed loss in women and men. For women it starts when they are around 40. I am here to say, do NOT lose hope. As someone who has the most aggressive hair loss, Microneedling with kora v2 saved my mom's and my hair.

Three months ago I started taking Mary Ruth's hair vitamins w/lustriva, using rosemary oil on my crown, doing protective styles, and using this prewash cream that I got from Lush. Additionally I'm taking ashwaganda to help lower cholesterol in case it's hormonal and wild yam cream. Guess what, something is working, but I don't know what.

Thank you so much! I lost a lot of hair—in clumps near my ears!!-about three months after I had Covid. My dermatologist also recommended your approaches and it’s coming back! 🎉

Damn. Glad to see you comment on this.
Just started noticing that my MPB is going really bad. So a few days ago, I started using retinol, minoxidil, caffeine shampoo and also started sclap massages. Sparingly!! ofc. The only thing missing is castor oil. It's until I can see a dermatologist to talk about dustasteride (and its side effects)
I feel confident in my choice now. Im going all in !

Thanks a lot, Dr Idriss

So glad to know I'm on the right track. I'm literally trying everything (spending a LOT of money, but well at least I feel like I'm trying hard, hope it works 🙏🏻)

That’s what I’m doing right. Throwing everything at it! Honestly should have started years ago when I first started noticing hair loss but better late than never. Only a few weeks in and already my hair is feeling and looking better!

Yes, but what does this mean in practice? Use Rogaine and Ketoconazole together? As well as Tretinoin and other things, at the same time? And then remove one product at a time to see which is the one that is effective?

I just want to really thank you for this short and the other videos you've done about female hair loss. All of the women on my mother's side have it and I am now in my 40s. My hair is not like theirs (thankfully my hair is like my father's side and very thick), but when I do run my hands through my hair every now and then, there's a tiny spot where I'm shocked because it is like a patch without hair, kind of.

I would have just continued going on and completely ignored it, but because of your videos, I'm going to start taking preventative measures, and like you said, save every follicle!

I love your videos and instructions do much. You are treasured!

What worked for me was visiting a trichologist (hair dr), who helped me understand my hair loss was due to VERY low levels of vitamins + DHT. Currently on my healing journey- it's super slow, but I'm hopeful I'll reach my goal soon 🤞🏼🤞🏼

What about viviscal Dr.Idriss? I can’t afford Nutrafol, but I’m extremely curious if Viviscal can actually help in any type of way. I’m 31yrs old, just started a tret journey bc of you & Dr.Dray, but I’ve been dealing with hair loss since I had covid in 2022. My hairline has been receding & thinning out pretty bad. I’ve been on topical 5% Minoxidil for 13 months & I really don’t see much benefit from it. My hair is starting to thin out all over & I have some bald spots (it takes a horrible toll on my already not good mental health). I just started 50mg of spironolactone a couple weeks ago bc my dermatologist said that would help. ANY OTHER SUGGESTIONS?! ESP for receding hairline & thinning!!

Thank you ❤ Mine is genetic. It happened before. You are so correct. I just kept hoping it would stop. It isn't. It's really freaked me out. I thought it wouldn't happen again. It has. It is a psychological night mare. So scary.

please Dr Could you please explain to me the order of use of the preparation. 1. For example, I usually use retinol, so should I apply zinc paste over the retinol? 2. Then when I use glycolic acid in the morning, then I don't use retinol? 3. Do I use vitamin C with retinol at the same time? 4. And how is the daily care schedule going? Thank you very much dr. you talk and look so nice that I always like to listen to your advice.🌷🌷🙏

Are we talking also about Vitamin D and Iron (there are some else I think)?
Plus all that's mentioned in this comment section?
After so much studying, I'm completely lost.
I've found out that my problem is androgenic alopecia. I'd like to hear what are the exact products that can help...please.

I had beautiful hair growth in the beginning of 2023 and then i lost half of it by the end of 2023. It became dry and brittle and started getting so weak. I thought it was because of over washing my scalp but i had never had a problem before until i finally went and did my yearly hormone panel. Got diagnosed with hypothyroidism. Explained 90% of my symptoms.
