JBL BOOMBOX charge/start issue

I just pressed the power button for a good 20 seconds multiple times n in some times pressing for a long time n then I tried pressing the power button and the turn up button together n I just press the turn up and turn down button n it turn on 😅 gave me such a relief I never thought of pushing anything for multiple times till I watch this video and saw the comments THANK YOU! 🙏

Guys I have a solution. Quickly tap the power button continuesly four times and on the fourth press, keep holding the button for 5 seconds.
So tap, tap, tap, tap hold and release when light comes on. Worked for me Everytime

I’m sorry to say but everyone who has a JBL boombox and there speaker won’t charge or it might then once you take the charger out it goes red it means you all need a battery replacement if I was you I won’t do battery replacement my self because you can damage the water resistant and that means your JBL won’t be waterproof anymore but you have a choice to do it your self witch might not be safe or give it back to HARMAN and let them do it. I hope I helped 🤗

I watched this in hopes it was a solution.
It wssnt. And its the fourth video i e wayched . My speaker wouldnt charge, wouldnt turn on. SO i remembered what my friend from Ukraine said, and the proceeded to hit and punch and beat on my JBL extreme 2022, and after 6 or so hits. I pressed the on button and it worked like it was new. So 🎉there you go! 😎🫡 #Winning

You can use laptop charger on the boombox too

Hi, I had charging problem myself with my boombox.
There is apparently 5 small led lights down in the bottom of the boombox that indicates 20% each of the battery. Approx 10 cm down under the orange jbl sign. Maybe your battery is totally discharged (empty) and need a full charge, which takes around 6, 5 hours.

My JBL Boombox only turned on when it was connected to the power outlet. All I had to was to update the software through the JBL connect app to make it work.

I've got a jbl boombox but with a different charger. I try to charge it but it only indicates one light the entire night. The next morning I woke up I took the charger out and the indicator shows a red light meaning it's about to die, I dont know if it's the charger itself or if it's the battery but....

I had a problem with its wireless battery. It wont play unless you plug its charging cord. if i charge it, the light just blink i dont know if its really charging. What will i do? How do i fix this?

See, i bought my boombox today, and it has like a rattle sound at the port section back on the speaker. Do you know What that issue can be? Loose screw or something?

I have the same problem, I already replace battery with a new one and does not retain charge, only flashes the orange LED, does not advance from a red, disconnected from the current and does not turn on
