I went through a severe depression this year, caused by a trauma... I lost all the friends I've had. Even if I was sxicidal and asked for help, they didn't even answer. Till this day I haven't heard of them, not even a "How are you?" Nothing. It did hurt a lot and I felt like I am worth shxt... I am the type of person who is always there for my friends in good and in bad times. I was devastated by their behavior... Friends of 7 years or longer...
It hurts, but I am really happy I've seen their true faces. They are dead for me now and I won't ever talk to them again.

I guess fake friends are everywhere and almost everyone might have a fake friend. Which doesn't mean that they are really your friends, you just now each other. The thing is that you have to KNOW who your fake friends are and who your real ones are and NEVER to mix them.

This video made me realize that I have been hanging with the wrong people this whole time. I thought the things the video lists were way too familiar then it came to me. The only thing I'm scared about is having to talk to them about leaving the group. We had 2 former friends that left the group as the school year went on and the people who were still in were just trash talking them and even wished death. It was all too much for me and I can't believe I didn't realize this before. This video was super helpful and I wanna get my courage to speak up to them about their actions. Wish me luck..?

Some of the insecurities I still carry are because of how I was treated back in high school. They don't show up as much as they used to when I was younger, but I can remember being taken advantage of more than once back then. I can also remember being bailed on at the last minute many times, and while I've always been someone to hold up my end of the bargain, certain friends would only just put in half of their weight. I also can't stand it when people won't keep their word or promises...

And lastly, they always show you their true colours but you being a good friend always try to repaint

I remember caring for someone so much, then they just put me aside and cared for a guy who treated her like shit. I was nice enough to invite her to meetups and I was there for her, then she just left me there. She just distanced away from me. When I started talking about it more and my honest feelings she seemed really annoyed and I began blaming myself, panicking.

I think I would prolly know what a FAKE FRIEND is when I see one... One person whom I thought was my 'best buddy' that I knew and associated with for at least 15+ years in a row, turned out to be the FAKEST you could ever meet in your life. I took really good care of his father in his last remaining months prior to his death; brought him lotsa food, clothes and gave him money, looked after his needs, ect. Basically all of the things a true friend might do if your family was in need of help and support. After his father finally passed away, I even helped pay for his funeral. Then came the time when MY dad died, this two-faced sonofabitch totally kept away from me and NEVER said a single word of condolence, nor did he even give me as much as a phone call. This was at least a year ago, and he still hasn't showed me that he ever cared! 🙄

I’ve had a bunch of fake friends in my life that never really cared about me, but the last fake friend I had was the one I already wrote about in the ‘7 things only a fake friend would do’ video, this girl would literally get so mad at me if I told her how I was feeling about her leaving me out of things and would make herself the victim in these situations. She would purposely give me the cold shoulder every chance she got. I actually have a few stories about her on what she did as soon as she started changing after making new friends, I don’t know if they were the ones who were maybe telling her to leave me out, it kind of didn’t seem like it because they were still fine whenever I was around them and I don’t think they knew exactly what she was doing at the time, but I honestly regret not understanding this sooner that she was a fake friend and that I still kept believing that she was my best friend and I just kept giving her chances after chance, we actually did have lots of fun in every class we were in and some teachers would find us every annoying sometimes to say the least and we made great memories, but I guess friends are only a temporary thing for some of us in this world, people chance and move on and that’s it. If these videos on fake friends came out sooner in the years I was in high school I definitely would have ended my friendship with her a long time ago and would have saved myself from being hurt and constantly let down by her, because I see now that I actually wasted all of my time trying to fit in and chase after her when she never really bothered looking back for me so thank you so much for this video because we all deserve better than having fake friends.

Welp, thanks for the video. My friend (fake) always asks me for homework and never help me, when she helps its wrong, she's trying to harm me, she gave me the wrong answer while my REAL friends all said the same answer, I am not her friend starting today and RIGHT NOW.

I’m very grateful for this video, recently one of my friends has been acting weird, their tone to me isn’t friendly and sounds forced, their eyes scream fake, they ask favours of me, never wished me happy birthday and my best friend confessed to me they badmouthed me and get jealous whenever she told them good things about me, whenever I talk to them they seem to want to leave, but expect everyone else to listen to their call immediately in our friend group.. and if no one listens or hears her she gets annoyed yet doesn’t repspond to anyone else except for two people
