This video explains what an Annual Health Check is and what it involves.

The video aims to encourage more people with learning disabilities to book their Annual Health Check. If you, or someone you know, is a person with learning disabilities age 14+ and has not been to have their Annual Health Check, please contact your GP to arrange one.

The video was commissioned by the Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire (BNSSG) Integrated Care Board and was produced by The Brandon Trust in partnership with learning disabled actors.
