The only difference between my annual physical and an office visit with current PCP is blood work. My former doctor of 30 years would give me a thorough physical that included checking my heart, lungs, eyes, ears, throat, stomach, legs, feet, strength in arms, reflexes, balance test and bloodwork. I miss those days.

Question: For a person with paruresis (shy bladder syndrome) can the doctor omit the urine test or be flexible to perform other kind of test that proves healthy kidney status?

Ive been getting panic attacks, and dizziness, everyday, all day, pretty much, for the past 12 months.. Im going to get a physical exam soon to make sure my body is ok. Im wondering if its strickly anxiety related, or is it something else. I have to know, so i can get on with my life.. Its been a long time since I've been to a Doctor. Im 39.
