Dead on. I was raised in a cult, and it takes YEARS to reprogram. Logically I know it’s all bullshit, but I still suffer psychologically from “fear of missing out” all the amazing emotional highs and promises of fundamental Mormonism.

The only times local jws have ever tried to rope me in on the street, it's been when I was by myself and extremely depressed back in 2016. At the time I thought it was a coincidence. Now, not so much. I'm lucky my ex-jw friend warned me before I got emotionally invested.

That's exactly what jws do is hit a person when there down.
That's how they got me. And I was always told when I started doing the preaching work was to catch somebody when there dealing with a death or a devastating hardship.

I am watching this with the hope of helping my Leftist family members who wont consent to their child getting a tattoo but will consider allowing them to get gender reassignment surgery, believe the American flag is extremist and you cannot be racist against Whites.
