So Chad’s a psychic that predicted his wife’s untimely death, but somehow didn’t know someone was burying and/or burning two bodies at two different times, 100 feet from his nose? Is that the defense theory?

Chad is one low energy demon hunter. When he manages to catch one, he bores them to death.

“Yeah. I’m not coming back.”
Consciousness of guilt.

I keep thinking about how Tammy would have felt if she had lived to find out about Tylee and JJ's deaths and their burial on her property. Just the worst kind of betrayal of her values and who she was.

Chad’s phone also pinged there during the suspected burial time.

“There’s nothing in the house.”
Yep! He knew everything was”on the property”.

I think the kids know something. The daughter isn’t very freaked out about HUMAN REMAINS ON THE PROPERTY!

The Daybell family - at least Chad and Emma - both sound like what I imagine people who have been lobotomized sound like.

4 acres is TINY. This is not a Texas ranch. My front field is 5 acres. I know every inch of it. If anything is disturbed, we’d see it immediately. Prior wants it to sound like a huge farm. It’s not.

Emma’s police car conversation is so damning. I think it implicates her.

As I recall, Lori searched for and purchased the wedding rings before Tammy died.

His children must know on some level that their father is guilty of these crimes. How could they not?

The professor you have on with you does such an excellent job with defending the defense in this case. Really great, very eloquent and kind, it comes out in his manner. Awesome perspective.

The smell of a burning human body is noxious, just ask a firefighter. There is no way that Tylee could be burned on the property and Chad not know about it. This whole, "it's actually a pasture" excuse to claim Chad did not know is BS. Also, is lack of surprise at being told by Emma that human remains were found just about seals the fact that he knew about it.

How long did they think they were going to collect SSI on missing children?? At some point, you have to produce the kids?

He never predicted Lori would spend the rest of her life in prison or that he would be on trial for murder though.

As far as getting married you left out the part that they bought their rings and wedding attire prior to Tammy’s passing. That needed to be included in this argument.

As someone who grew up very active in the Mormon church until I was 22 and stopped going (10 years ago), the crap I’ve heard Chad and Laurie saying in recordings, interviews, and portions of his books, I had NEVER heard any of this stuff at church or in the scriptures.
