Chad Daybell, the husband of "doomsday cult" mom Lori Vallow Daybell, faces trial for allegedly conspiring with his wife to murder his first wife, Tammy Daybell, as well as two of Lori's children, Tylee Ryan and Joshua Vallow. Chad Daybell faces multiple charges including first-degree murder and conspiracy to commit first-degree murder. If convicted, Chad Daybell could be sentenced to death.

Prior constantly testifies in his questions. Prosecutor doesn’t object enough, Judge doesn’t sustain his testifying enough. Prior is always obnoxious. Tough to listen to him always being SO condescending!

It’s frustrating that the 911 dispatcher didn’t allow Tammy to speak freely. I think that threw her off

Tammy does mention gun and rifle in the dispatch call as well as paintball gun. It’s telling that Prior stopped the call prior to those statements on the call when he must’ve realized it had been said.

So Brandon pretty much admitted that he never read any of the numerous emails that Charles had sent him, warning him about what was going on. Wasn't until there was an attempt on HIS life, that he decided to go digging "to find out more", and actually went back and read all the emails🙄. A lot of people failed Charles, including Brandon. Charles tried warning that whole entire family and everyone ignored/shunned him. Because of that, 4 people are dead. Even her brother Adam likes to say that he was trying to help Charles, but that was proven to be a lie too. No one helped. No one!

And it's absolutely amazing to me that Melanie P wasn't charged for his attempted murder. He literally said she was the only one who knew his new address, so clearly she gave it to Lori and Alex.

And why is Brandon whispering throughout his whole entire testimony. 😬

What was interesting to me is that he had the Kleenex box available but when he was done with it, he made sure to put it out in front of his laptop, so the whole world could see that he had used Kleenex. That was a tactical move on his part.

The cops gut feeling told him it might not have been a paint ball gun, and Chad unconcerned behaviour towards his wife who had just been shot at was noted. Cops are trained to trust their gut instinct as well as going by the evidence. And now just 10 days later poor Tammy was dead....I'd be suspicious too. The cop would have been negligent if he had not

Both Melanie’s at a minimum were aiding and abetting and at most conspiring before the fact to commit murder of Charles and Brandon. I think they are both getting tried in Arizona.
