Very good and valid video. I am in a group project for college and we were given a problem. One of things is to figure the causes of the probem and our teacher told us that fishbone diagrams were used for causes of problems but i didn't know how to make one. This video saved me big time. Appreciate it man👍👍

if the ideas text boxes were in cells instead of Text boxes they could be linked to the action items, so you can reduce time typing all the ideas. That way to could also sort the "idea" list by priority

In cell C39, could you please explain what B$16 is for? Thinking it should be B$39. Here's the equation in the cell =IF(AND(ISBLANK(D39), ISBLANK(C39)), "", MAX(B$16:B38)+1)
