My Easy 5 Ingredient DIY Marine Collagen Fish Broth.

Use the scraps from your catch. Add water, fish sauce, soy sauce, and dark soy sauce. Boil for an hour. Strain and enjoy.

I usually freeze it in a gallon bag for soups and stock for future meals.

With the cooked meat I strained, I’ll add some mayo, mustard, and furikake to make a fish salad for sandwitches.

So much goodness gets wasted with the standard fillet process.
