Y’all beautiful folks are here for a reason … listen to this lady😀 she is the person with real gentle answers. She tells us how to do things without being mean or judgmental. And for the last couple years, this has been life-changing for me. thank goodness, she’s not a cult leader… I’d be in deep, , , just kidding 😂🤣 kool-Aid😂 seriously, though, this lady knows her stuff! If y’all want real change, go back through all of her old videos, watch them rewatch them! I encourage y’all to watch. She has encouraged me! I hope y’all have a beautiful, blessed weekend! Let’s get to cleaning… Baby steps😀

Thank you beautiful soul. Its all true. We downsized from a 6 bedroom house to 4 bedroom and we gave away 29 car loads to charity and recycling. I ask myself, what have I used in the last 3 months? Also, I know from my energy clearing work, it's essential to declutter. Clutter is where energy gets stuck and goes bad ❤

For me it was mostly guilt.
Guilt from shoulds.

"I should repair this."
"I should find the missing parts/pieces."

I had to let myself off the hook.

I had to realize I wasn't responsible for every object -- just like I had to realize I'm not responsible for every emotion of every single person in my life.

I don't like that I have to learn how to put myself first, but as you stated, I had to realize how to put The Now first.

Thank you so much!

HI Nena, I am watching your playllist around clutter and love your way of taling through it, this is such a hard an painful process. So true about really decidig to choose for our present life, I feel like these concept really need to sink in at an emotional level because intellectually it feels like a given, but there is such a battle inside...totally unrelated but your hair is gorgeous! You look like a fairy tale princess 🌷

Absolutely needed THIS video right now! Right now! I have been fighting with myself for the past few days actually working on decluttering & trying to clean up my space. I have been up for hours & needed a wee break. Turned to YouTube, and here you are! Right in my feed. Which is odd because fo rth e past year I'v ebeen watching R.V., Van-life & nomad videos. I have watched, as you first mentioned in the video, video upon video upon video as well as talked to counsellors over & over about "Decluttering" and no one, not one single person has presented it to me as you have here in this video! I thank you immensely! 💖 I do want to live in the space that I forsee in my mine. The space which should & now could be the here & now instead of 'I'll eventually get there.' And i thought I'd eventually get there once I got through the clutter. Which for me, never happens.

Your videos are certainly the most helpful for decluttering Nena, if we aren't putting items to good use and don't need them at any time there's no need to hold on to them. Life is all change and our homes change to the point where past items may no longer serve a purpose. Lots of love🧡✨️x

I'm a nomad now and I can tell you my life has absolutely no stress about stuff. You will be surprised just how liberating it is when you give up things and replace it with giving yourself more time to do what you want to do with your life.

Just yesterday I found something in the donate box and almost took it out thinking I should keep it just in case. Thanks for confirming why we shouldn’t keep these items.

I went to start decluttering this past Saturday and found myself being afraid of change. 😞

This is so timely Nena! As I sit here with items that I'm sorting through, this video has given me renewed encouragement to keep going with it all and let go of that fear.

OMGoodness I had to stop here because I’ve been holding onto VHS tapes that are cluttering up my whole living room. I want that space for something else or maybe nothing at all. And I don’t even watch VHS tapes anymore because they look grainy and they’re just not pretty to look at or watch anymore. I just go to Netflix. I get this I get this now …😅 I can do this! My VCR is just stored away even. What am I waiting for? 😀 but I am going to keep three. I have the original VHS Star Wars trilogy… Star Wars, Empire Strikes Back and Return Of The Jedi… I’ll never give that trilogy VHS set up. But out of probably 1000 movies I think three is OK😂 i’m not gonna talk about my DVDs. I’m not giving them up yet! I’m still watching those.😀

What about clutter that my parents keep droping of at my house? I keep it because they gave it to me, but it is something I would never use or need - I just keep it cause it from them.
