A massive Asteroid is hurtling towards Earth. At the speed of 40,233 kilometres per hour. It has a diameter of about 720 Feet. Which is roughly the size of Two Football fields. Making it one of the larger Asteroids to pass by 2024. The massive asteroid named is 2024 ON. It will come close to Earth on September 15

According to NASA’s JPL . .
2024 ON is a Potentially Hazardous Asteroid. Due its predicted close pass with Earth. If it were to collide with Earth. It could lead to widespread devastation. And create huge explosions, fires, and tsunamis.

Luckily it will not hit our planet on September 15. It will miss the Earth by just 620,000 miles. That's 2.6 times the distance between Earth and the Moon. Also NASA has been laying out a plan.To mitigate such types of Asteroid threats.
