Connie!!! I finally got around to making this. It is superb! In fact, I never told my mother and sister what it was. They are huge carnivores. They ate it and loved it! Great recipe, Connie!! I should try it. I use soaked raw cashews to make fermented cheese with rejuvelac.

I made this and it is addictive. I can see myself using this in a ton of different dishes. Mine didn't come out white likes yours, though. I wonder why that is?

SO nice that you cut that acid w/the lime juice! Great to know, esp. for those that need to watch the acidic/ph levels. (No cancer can survive in a non-acidic body and w/o feeding it sugar, it will die a natural death) It is not the only natural thing I am doing, but I am doing all that I know helps. Thank U Jesus.
