💁🏻‍♀Ingredients:

Chopped carrot
Pumpkin (skin removed)
Chopped onion
Chopped tomato
Garlic cloves
1 bayleaf/1 tsp butter
Water
Salt/black pepper
Coriander leaves to leaves

💁🏻‍♀Method:

👉🏻Add 1 tbsp butter in a pressure cooker.

👉🏻Add 2/3 garlic cloves and bayleaves.

👉🏻Add 1 onion and saute.

👉🏻Add pumpkin , carrot and saute.

👉🏻Add tomatoes.

👉🏻Add water, salt and black pepper.

👉🏻Pressure cook for 3/4 whistle.

👉🏻Cool it down.

👉🏻Remove bayleaf.

👉🏻Grind it in a blender.

👉🏻Add more water if needed to make it soup consistency.

👉🏻Cook for some more time.

👉🏻Garnish it with fresh cream, coriander leaves and seeds.
✅✅Note:I have not strain the pulp after blending it in a blender .You can if you want smooth consistency
