Hi. I feel the need to clarify some things, I was very emotional while making this video.

1) I have not received any strikes just claims on most of my videos.

2) They are all about “You’ll be There” by Ruth Bloom, which is what was sampled to make the intro song I used. I am aware that the song may not have had the proper sampling clearance to truly be “copyright free.” However, literally 10 seconds of audio usually allows for me the option to remove it and I have not received that option. Same thing happened to Danny Gonzales but he had the option to change the audio, I do not.

3) Even then, the transformative nature of the piece can easily qualify as “Fair Use.”

4) That does not excuse them from copyright claiming me singing 3 seconds of a song. That is not what copyright was made for.

5) I am still going to try and get a legal team, because I may still have a case here.

6) I’m very grateful for all of your support regardless.

I think you should contact a lawyer we can't let big companies to continue this we need to fight back this is fair use infringement

I've got a similar case where the other guy just DL and re-uploaded all my content in private, then claim them manually
DONT FREAK OUT, this is my first advice, Try:

1- Email the claim party and ask them for the reason
2- Email YT and ask for legal review and try to explain your case, probably they get millions of these and they don't pay that much attention, but the chance is still their
3- if no results, don't be afraid to call a lawyer... or ask someone with Law Background for help..

For me what worked was the 1st option.. isent him Email and he sent me back an angry Email, in the end i challenged him to go through legal process and he just pretended that there was nothing happening.

YouTube announced that they will introduce a feature where you have to manually select the moment the song is used, so the creator always has an option to remove the specific part.
