Unless you have some kind of green arrow to make a protected left, it is never protected, and if you'll notice, there is no light here and you do not have a green arrow. Now, notice how the vehicle coming at you is making a right, not a left, and they don't have a stop or yield sign. Therefore, through our powers of deduction, you Never had the right-of-way, and just because you post your dc video here and say it is so does not make it true. Please return to driver's ed before you cause an accident

1) turn left when in the right lane
1.5) not be in the turning lane (she mentions how the white lanes are for turning yet isn’t in it
2) not yield to oncoming traffic
3) no blinker (from what i can tell)
