When purchasing property for our clients, conducting the pre-settlement inspection to ensure a smooth settlement is a very important part of the job.

Ensuring inclusions that were listed on the contract are still at the property and any exclusions have been taken away, as well as ensuring there is no excess wear and tear or damage to the property.
