Why do you use grape juice in the Lord's Supper?

Wine is grape Juice unfermented or fermented. Leaven is anything that causes liquid or solid to ferment. The Blood of Christ was totally unleavened or unfermented. His blood had no sin and is only called the cup or fruit of the vine. Oinos is never used concerning the Lord's Supper. Only Grape Juice represents the Blood of Christ

What about the wedding ? Was that grape juice? And why does it say elders are not to be given to too much wine?

That is the spiritual answer that has been developed to make it a more positive reason given to those with a taste for alcohol than merely trying to get away from using alcoholic substances in a church setting (which is the original reason).

For the origins of that practice, one has to go back to the days of Mr. Thomas B. Welch. He was an early (1860s) biochemist in Vineland, NJ. His passion was to find a non-intoxicating, non-addictive alternative to sacramental (Lord's Supper) wine for his fellow church-members. He wound up basically pasteurizing the juice from Concord grapes, rather than fermenting it. His son, Charles, a dentist, popularized it around the US by introducing it to the Chicago World's Fair in 1893.(1) This made its way through the churches just in time for America's "Second Great Awakening, " which was well-known for its reforming of drunks.

MY FIRST QUESTION IS; "HOW MUCH WELCHES GRAPE JUICE DO YOU HAVE TO DRINK TO GET DRUNK?!!"

ON EVERY BOTTLE OF WELCHES GRAPE JUICE IT SAYS; "REFRIGIRATE AFTER OPENING".
SO MY SECOND QUESTION IS; "WHAT KIND OF REFRIGIRATOR DID THE LORD JESUS HAVE?!!"

I use grape juice on door posts and window frames of my house and proclaim the Blood of Yahshua to prevent evil spirits from entering, I even use it on my phone, tablet, computer screen, radio and all the mirrors in my house/car because those can be Doors as well, I think of it as a screen door if you don't close it you'll get insects in your house, Shalom - HalleluYahshua!!!
