I currently average $80K annually working in the automotive industry. No degree needed, just willing to work hard and be on time to work. College is a SCAM!!!!

I’m a Communications major and I would say with anything in life, it is what you make of it. I got my first job at 18 at American Express (referral) network as much as you can where ever you are. Worked full time and went to school full time. With every degree you will still have to market yourself, consistently compete against others and prove yourself to employers. So always build your resume and have the educational credentials to go along with it and I promise everything will be fine. At end of the day, most people are going into 40k credit card debt and ruining their credit for materialistic things they don’t need. The least thing you can do is spend that money at an attempt to improve your livelihood. Anyone that’s takes risks to improve their livelihood will always be winner in my book.

I think the employment rate is much, much more important than salary, if there is a job that will pay six figures but you have a 0.001% of actually getting it, you might as well just buy a lottery ticket instead, at least you won't have any debt and wasted years of life.
