Best method hands down. Seriously. I’ve watched many tutorials of frequency separation from many top YouTube photographers! But I still couldn’t figure out what I was doing wrong. I've followed the steps religiously, and double checked. Once I get to the step at 2:42, on my image, when I select using the lasso tool and apply a gaussian blur, the selection does not blur, it just gets darker
