i played this game back in 2021. I didn't like it at first but i gave it a few hours and it started to click. My brother however didn't like it, and traded this game for dark souls 3, which was my least favourite souls game. I'll give this game another go when i buy my own console. For those considering buying this game, GIVE IT TIME, IT WILL START TO CLICK.

I played MHW when it released on ps4, it was my intro to the series. I logged 40 hours on my first character and got to finishing Zorah magdaros. Years later, bundled with iceborne and on sale, I decided to pick it up again on ps5 and it’s been the best decision I’ve made in so long. I have already put almost 60 hours on a new character and I haven’t even scratched the surface of the base games end game content, let alone started iceborne. The loop of gameplay and the feeling of need and want to get every piece of gear and weapon upgrade is seriously addicting. I will be playing MHWI until rise comes out for sure
