I feel like the moveset catered to the anime boys...but they're all playing Longsword. Meanwhile the ADHD dual blade users are blissfully unaware and just happy that blades go haha

Its all about the mobility. Repositioning while keeping up your dps, balancing your demon/archdemon modes, and forcing yourself to learn proper stamina management. The anime feeling is just a bonus.

I like dual blades because i dont have to worry about combos. All the other weapons you gotta press the right buttons at the right times, but with dual blades i just run at them spamming the same button until they are dead

Dual blades has been my main weapon ever since I started playing MH. I started world with dual blades, I started rise with dual blades, and I will start wilds with them as well. And I have never felt more called out lmao. Accurate tho

for me, it's the fact that dps go when i have that good multi-hit combo going just itches that part of my brain that likes when numbers go up

Dual blades bc I love using dual blades in dnd, means extra attack. And more DPS, especially when we do the spinny move down the back of the monster. It’s fun!

As an insect glaiver some of the most fun i have is with duel bladers
Jumping all over the place is just even more fun when theres another just as jumpy if not moreso hunter doing it with you

I just picked it in rise because I learned it the fastest, and it’s fun being speedy and fast with them. I use the charge blade in iceborn because MH now got me trying all the weapons
