Awesome video Craig, I’ll be signing up next week, it’s so refreshing to have an Aussie on YouTube that’s a true expert. Thank you

Wish I’d seen this 30 plus years ago. Lol. This is epic and so many teachers are now showing this type of movement and technique. This old dog is learning some new tricks. Woof woof. 🍻

You were calling it “arching their back”. I think a better way to describe it is “right side bend” through the ball. All amateurs could use more of this. Too many people are bringing the right shoulder “over”. The golf swing is down, under, and through. The right elbow “tuck”, or “leading” with the right elbow is a very necessary component to all of this. Great video! Most of you will see the ball squirt to the right, the first time you try this. It’s time for a slight grip change, or some bow in the wrist.

Always appreciate this kind of look at swings. Lately what has helped me is releasing the club from shoulder down to impact. It forces the hip shift automatically and with better timing while having more time to square club.

The crazy thing about this movement is that you don't need to swing hard. With a nice smooth tempo and better technique, I found I am really compressing the ball a lot better than when I try to swing out of my shoes. Launches so hard off the face.

Great video Craig as always. One of the mysteries to me is it seems like players with weaker grips would be able to generate more clubhead speed since they can release their hands more freely. I feel that in my own swing vs times I’ve tried a stronger grip because I feel like I’m choking off my release to keep from hooking it. That seeems like what hogan, Nicklaus, Norman, rahm etc seem to be trying to do but dj, Freddie, Rory, David Duvall back in the day and other stronger grippers seem to have plenty. How do they make up the the speed from the release or do they release more underneath or make up for it more with rotational/lateral movement?
