80/20 is being used in van applications a lot now. A huge issue nobody considers is vibration causing nuts coming loose. Loctite would be the answer but due to the nature of assembly and adjusting/setting it in place and getting it all square before tightening, Loctite would be a nuisance as part of the build. A cabinet like this is fine but when you have this as structural walls and furniture in a van build....it will shake loose over time and good luck getting to those fasteners.
