This so so devastating! My child was suffering from malnutrition and we had food! As foreigners in Brazil he didn't like the rice texture and threw away his food not eating enough for his height unknow to me. This is triggering for me as I know the helplessness of parents in a situation such as this firsthand. Watching a child in this situation must be so heartbreaking for these parents. Where are the Gods? I am only seeing demons and devils!
