Former Republican Wyoming Rep. Liz Cheney told ABC News' Jonathan Karl why she’s casting a vote for Vice President Kamala Harris on November 5.

‘You have many Republicans out there who are saying, 'Well, we're not gonna vote for him but we'll write someone else in' — I think this time around that's not enough, that it's important to actually cast a vote for Vice President Harris.'
