I've watched so many of these, i expected a lot of cheese 🧀🧀🧀

I’ve started to wonder how sanitary these cheese wheels are🤔 Do they retain moisture and starches of the pasta? Not to mention the debris of the truffle, herbs, pepper etc that can be potential for mould. I suppose if they use one wheel a day it’s ok but if they are used over a period of a week or more ?
