Just so you guys know. They cooked all of that same day. Not one of those veggies was frozen. Freezing ruptures cell walls. With veggies it makes thawed veggies very limp and if you cook them for a long period of time. They get mushy. Commercial frozen veggies are flash frozen with nitrogen. So the ruptures aren't as big and the veggies aren't quite so limp and soggy when thawed and cooked.

That's the biggest problem with slow cooking, the food is water logged.

If you take the meat out it'll still taste good. Or you can easily use different meats if you don't have the ones they showed
