Congratulations on your success, Louis! Great to hear that you're doing so well in the property industry and it's always good to see people reaching financial success. How did you initially manage to qualify for the first big bond to buy the investment property? Banks usually want security when borrowing large amounts to clients, so they'll look at your monthly income and your bond repayments cannot exceed 33% of your monthly income and in some cases they'll want to know if you own any assets that they can seize in case you cannot meet your bond repayment obligations. That's why so many people struggle to get started with the first one. Maybe you can give us some tips or do a video about it. Thanks for the effort going into your content, I constantly learn new things watching your videos.

I would like to get a loan against my home my idea is to build and rent out and let those pay the bank while i make extra for myself. my problem is that i was working outside of SA and i am currently unemployed.
