Please. I was born in 1966 and I just turned 18.
It only gets better young'uns. The 80s feel like only 20 years ago to me until I realize that next year will be my 40 year reunion!!!!

My middle son who used to mock my age said to me once..."How old are you mom? 38?" and I'd get snippy and give him a playful smack and say.."I'm only 34 ya little ingrate!"
He turns 34 next month. I remind him of that often.

My nieces are 6 and 7 years younger than me. One day, while I was at the pool with them, we were bored and reading the pool signs. One rule was "No one under 16 without an adult present" and I told them "Haha you have to get out!" They both looked at me and said "Um, you ARE an adult." I was 20 and in college. 💀 Our minds do not age as fast as our bodies.
