This video is the description of how to fill a Schengen visa application form. All the data used in the form are assumptions like date, name, passport number, etc. You have to fill in your own personal details. If you have any doubts write a comment, I will try to reply to you ASAP.

Required Documents for Schengen Visa:
1. Visa application form. Fully completed and signed.
2. Two recently taken photos
3. A valid passport.
4. Round trip reservation or itinerary.
5. Travel insurance policy.
6. Proof of accommodation.
7. Proof of financial means.
8. Evidence of Employment Status
8. Proof of paid visa fee.

A step-by-step guide to filling in your Schengen Visa form
1.,2., and 3. You will need to give your first name, surname, as well as your surname at birth.

4.,5., 6., and 7. You will need to give your date, place, and country of birth, as well as your nationality at birth.

8. and 9. You will also need to submit your gender and legal marital status.

10. Minors: Please write the full name, address, and nationality of the person holding parental authority or legal guardianship.

11. If you have a National Identity Number, this will need to be submitted.

12. and 13. You will need to specify your travel document type and number.

14., 15., and 16. You will need to inform the relevant authorities of your passport’s issue date, expiration date, and the authority it was issued by.

17. Your home address, email address, and telephone number.

18. If you are a resident of another country other than the one you are a national of, you will need to state this, as well as details, such as a residency number, proving this.

19. and 20. Your current employer and occupation.

21., 22., and 23. The purpose of your trip, destination, and the first Schengen Area state you will enter on your trip.

24., 25., and 26. The number of times you plan to enter the Schengen Area during your trip, the length of stay, and the number of Schengen Visas you have been issued over the last three years.

27. Your fingerprints. If they have already been taken for a previous application, please indicate.

28. An entry permit for your final destination country, if applicable.

29. and 30. Arrival and departure date.

31. Inviting Person’s Name. Write the name of the person who invited you, or the contact information for a hotel, specifying all the details (telephone and fax).

34. and 35. If you have been invited by a family member, please check the appropriate box and list their full name, date of birth, nationality, passport number, and relationship only if you are the dependent spouse, child, father, or mother of a person who is a citizen of another State of the European Union.

36. and 37. You will need to indicate the date and location where you have completed your application and sign your document. Congratulations! You’re all done. You will also need other documents, including a travel and medical insurance certificate, to ensure your application is approved.

My Query is do one has to write his company name and address and his/her contact number if his/her " Current occupation" is business or this point no 22 is to be filled only by Salaried people only who are into job.
