Hi Laura 🌺. What a beauty . Your garden looks stunning with these amazing plants and I love these pretty jasmine I have them in my garden . You can plant salvia along the white fence of lavender . Maybe the proplem with lavender is to much water causing the roots to rot or there is shade . Have a fantastic day .🌺🌻🌺
