Inexperienced practitioners sometimes chase the nasolabial folds, and patients can end up looking odd if their cheek volume loss is not also addressed.

Having said that, there is still a place for this important 'hinge treatment' as part of a holistic approach.

I went to two consultation so far (Central London and Local town) in the pretence of being told to be with doctors but turns to be with a nurse who can't answer simple questions and unconvincing generic google answers and just fobbing you off.

Having a bit of trouble treating NLFs in a certain subset of patients. Luckily Miranda is a good example where the folds extend inferiority, 2-3cm below the lips. Do we continue to fill inferiorily in these cases or do we stop at the level of the corner of the mouth? Help would be greatly appreciated.

Nice to have cheeks but my cheeks are so big and that this make my temples look very sunken. I think i need a lot of filler to make my temples filled to reduce the temple/cheek contrast.
