Morgan is like the Bob Ross of coffee. So informative and so relaxing, it's amazing.

Something i really love about Morgan is that she’s not a coffee purist. I swear, in all of her recipe videos, she says something along the lines of “you are valid for drinking sweet milk drinks.” Not everyone likes coffee for the taste, they like the caffeine lol.

I'm a now-sober ex-bartender and idk why I've never considered doing the same sorts of things with coffee. I'm such a lush with my food, but have always just french-pressed my coffee. I can't wait to try making these - thanks for uploading 😁!

My dad used to put evaporated milk in his coffee every morning-- it's like condensed milk but without any added sugar. (He's still with us-- he's just switched over to drinking tea now that he doesn't have to get up at the break of dawn 😂)

I just had a shaken sea salt latte with sweetened condensed milk from a Vietnamese coffee bar and it seriously ELEVATED the iced latte game for me. I had no idea you could use evaporated milk, or even use shakers for coffee drinks

I would love to see savory/less sweet coffee ideas. Okay not exactly "savory, " but I'm a big fan of like rosemary lattes or espresso seltzer type stuff! Maybe more earthy/spicy flavors? Or coffee cocktail/mocktails could be fun to look into since you have a shaker. I also now want to go buy cereal just to make lattes with it. Love these types of videos Morgan— your caramel latte video was the first one I saw from you and I made my own caramel syrup during quarantine <3 Your recipes are always a delight to watch :)

great drink ideas! also, if anyone wants to make the second drink vegan, condensed coconut milk exists but it'll obviously bring the coconut flavor into the drink too

"Let's get this out onto a tray. Nice." I see you channeling Steve and I love you for it.

For spices to pair with coffee, one I highly recommend that most people likely have not tried before is grains of selim. It's a common combination in Senegal. It would work great in the sweetened condensed milk latte in this video, though you might want to run it through a sieve after grinding if you're going to use the powder directly in the drink. I normally grind it and mix it with the coffee grounds when making aeropress coffee and then mix that with warmed whole milk and sugar or vanilla syrup.

I'm also a big fan of sweetened condensed milk... I don't have an espresso machine but I do like vietnamese iced coffee (cafe sua da) when I get it in restaurants, so I got myself a couple of phins (metal pour-over filters) and condensed milk to make it. However, when I'm in a hurry in the morning I'll just make some instant coffee, and I've found that a scoop of condensed milk (or a squeeze when I can find it in a squeeze bottle) makes a great fast addition to that, too.

This is the first time I've commented on a video in actual years because I thought this might be helpful in the case of the sweetened condensed milk. You can weigh the container and measure what you're taking out (it'll be negative of course) instead of weighing the vessel and measuring what you're putting in. Then you can mix with the spoon without worrying about cleaning off excess first, measure things that are a little more difficult to maneuver, and see that you're over-measuring before it ever hits the final vessel so you don't need to go back and take out the extra.

May not be perfect in this situation if you drip it somewhere between the container and the vessel but as someone who counts calories and likes to lick peanut butter off the spoon, this is information that I keep in the back of my mind.

A few days ago I had cheerios oat crunch for a quick breakfast and still had left over oat milk in my plate. I didn’t want to drink it on it’s own and didn’t want to throw it away either so I frothed it and used it on my espresso and was surprised how delicious it was. I didn’t know cereal milk was a thing for coffee but I’m looking forward to trying more because of this video 😊

I’ve only seen your voiceless videos on Instagram and YouTube but I must say, your voice fits you wonderfully and I had never heard it up until now <3

I really recommend trying barraquito. It is made with condensed milk and licor 43 (and other things). It’s a coffee drink from the Canary Islands ☺️

For he Arnold Palmer, I would also suggest a lemon simple syrup with zest. I tried it once using a syrup I made for adding moisture to a cake

the "Sparkling Arnold Palmer" is a great drink. It's actually good with any citrus... like swap the lemonade for orange juice or even grapefruit juice. I was in Thailand and they use Yuzu to mix with cold brew coffee. It was so refreshing! Add vanilla syrup and mint for another twist!
