How To Unlock:
Standard Keepsakes are special items that are given to you by various characters in the game when you offer them Nectar for the first time (excluding Hades). Each Olympian God, as well as Charon, Chaos, Sisyphus, Eurydice, and Patroclus, can be given Nectar during runs when you encounter them or choose their boons. For the remaining characters, you can give them Nectar when you meet them in the House of Hades between runs. However, there is an exception when it comes to obtaining Hades' Keepsake. You can initially give him one Nectar, but you won't receive anything in return, and a locked heart will appear on his relationship meter. To unlock that heart slot and obtain Hades' Keepsake, you need to complete the story by successfully escaping from the Underworld a total of 10 times. By building relationships with the various characters and offering them Nectar, you can acquire their Keepsakes, which provide unique benefits during your runs.
