The ship with the logs is a normal procedure, thats the way they dump the logs, do it all the time in BC. It is not an accident

Near the beginning of this video the barges dumping the logs into the water is doing exactly what it is supposed to do.

Considering the lack of Azipods and/or Bow Thrusters on the vast majority of large, shipping vessels as well as the time and distance it takes to stop and/or turn these vessels, it should be Mandatory that ALL Ships are assisted by Tug Boats in any Harbour. ALL of these incidents were preventable.
It's also important to note that most of these larger vessels do NOT have Reverse either.

11:37 - Were the people sunbathing at the front of the yacht (maybe on high), that they were just calmly sunbathing and didn't notice they were about to collide with an approaching boat?
This video is so excellent btw, thanks! Subscribed!

Most of the time why they crash is due to computer failure, and mostly when they drift, they don't stop quickly when they slow down, so they start to drift it also takes very long to slow down a ship and turn it away, and any thing falls down on the ship can cause severe turning the wrong way

At 54 sec that's actually regular unloading pulp wood logs from a a barge or ship - notice the fore and aft sections of the vessel don't rotate, just the center pivoting section. Several other section of your video are just as bad.
