Slowly the world is remembering what Ukraine was like before the flu season that apparently clouded a lot of people's memories.
Donald had the "perfect phonecall" with Zelenskyy some years ago in exchange for missiles, that Ukraine was using on their own people in the Donbas area, but somehow everyone forgot about that.
In 2016 here in Holland, there was a referendum to let Ukraine join the EU and 52% of Dutchies said no, because of the rightwing policies and corruption.
Slowly people start to remember again.
And no i am not saying Russia = good, they're both bad, albeit one worse than the other, but i am not willing to pay more for whatever game they're playing over there.

Growing up on or near a military base, I can say that it's obvious how much local economies benefit when a military base opens up. So over seas communities get a chunk of the american tax dollars too.

It's interesting how foreign policy sucks so much of the tax payers money but discussions about cause/effect, tactics, or long term consequences aren't highlighted during electoral debates or interviews with government officials. 🤔 Black Alliance for Peace talks a lot about Africom and yet in the news or political commentary you don't hear much about what's happening with them 🤔 🤷🏾‍♂️
