I been using Fabuloso for years, since I found it at a discount grocery store. It's a good cleaner. I never thought to use it in toilets, I don't know why, but it makes sense to do that. I don't have many brand loyalties but I always reach for it.

My only concern is that a lot different things a person can try damages the rubber part of the flapper. is FABULOSO safe to be used over a long period of time? I live in an apartment and certainly don't want to damage anything. A great video and loved you "brushing your teeth". Made me smile

I love the little pipe wrench you have. I retired from being an owner of the septic business. I had one about that size also. I use it to swap out valves and fittings on the septic truck. A proper functioning toilet is imperative for people in septic. There's nothing worse than a stuck flapper after one's morning business and then coming home in the evening to find flooding because the septic system filled up.

I use a wire coat hanger to go up under rim to clear holes in bowl, along with CLR or Vinegar or better yet Citric Acid powder

I did this today in my 70 year old apartment. Game changer. I get Fabuloso at my local dollar store here in Phoenix.

This will be my go to method!

I have used other products in the past and they end up just smelling “pissy”

I use Fabuloso here in Mexico. I will be cleaning the tank, I like the idea of putting the entire bottle in the tank. With very few holes tho, Fabuloso has a very potent aroma, albeit, most scents are good. They are chemicals, and I don;t want to breath too much! Viva Fabuloso

Get a small brush designed for cleaning grout. It is easier to get into all of the spaces and probably scrubs just as much area as what you can get with a regular toilet brush. A small bucket filled with water so you can pour it into the tank and stir up any sediments and get them to flow out of the tank and into the bowl will help a lot to get everything out quickly.

When we visited Mexico, a man was cleaning with Fabuloso. He was so shocked when I said "Wow! Fabuloso!". He asked me how did I know about Fabuloso. I told him that it is sold in America too. He was shocked!

Another nice thing about Fabuloso is that you can buy it in a 5 gallon jug for about a buck fiddy. I clean my bathroom and the whole apartment smells like a flower shop.
