Windows UI 3: Login App using Uno Platform | Figma to XAML

Uno Platform allows you to create single-codebase, cross-platform applications which run on iOS, Android, Web, macOS, Linux and Windows. You'll be creating cross-platform .NET applications with XAML and C# in no time.

The following sections will guide you on how to build a simple login page with the Uno Figma plugin, for designers.
Follow this step-by-step guide, and you’ll learn how to build this page.

Step 1: Setting the page template.
Step 2: Creating a form.
Step 3: Adjusting the layout.

In this video we will also go through
1. Get Figma Assets
Install the Uno Platform Plugin for Figma and Download (“Duplicate”) Uno Platform Material Toolkit from Figma community. The file will contain the sample Commerce App.

2. Export XAML
Inside Figma, navigate to “Example App” inside Uno Platform Material Toolkit. Select any one screen, right-click and select “Uno / Figma” plugin, then generate XAML.

Hey @vectoArt! Keep up the great work and fantastic videos! We're on the brink of rolling out some awesome updates, so check back in to see new features.

Here are a couple of friendly pointers for a slightly different approach:
- Keep in mind that instead of outright deleting components, you can tuck them away by hiding them.
- The preview tab is a hidden gem you haven't showcased yet! It's a fantastic way to get a sneak peek at your design and even give it a spin interactively.

Please if you can make a video going more in depth using the uno platform material toolkit. As someone new to figma as well as MAUI, i'd love a video showing for example how to make a multi page page combined with the XAML generation aspects.

Hello friend, great content! I'm currently developing with WPF, but I'm considering migrating to WinUI 3. Do you recommend doing so, or are there still performance issues with WinUI 3?
