Best one yet I thought David liked the client session, nice to drop a wee gem of the ‘why’ of the pivot move to avoid ACL risky position

Such a good video David, it’s great to be able to hear the conversations mid exercise. Cues not convos as you say

Great! Love to see/listen to how you work out the details in the exercises...like: It's not just step on to it, it's "how" you should step on to it! That makes the difference I think... More of this 👌🏻

Awesome insight, David. Can see so many links to movements and exercises that will come later in the rehab process. Was thinking how the dragon step looked like it had an element of a side to side shuffle on the pitch. Thank you

Thank you very much for the helpful content. I really like the format. I would be very happy if you could share your approach to shoulder pain.

Hey David, thanks for making this available for free 🙏

This video does a wonderful job of showing us what and how but the why is not exactly clear. Any chance you could please tell us exactly why these movements are beneficial for the ACL?

Very helpful espcially the corrective cues.Noticed I also do a couple of things even though Ive never had an ACL issue.I had a reflexology session which finished by the therapist rotating my foot in and out.My left foot has been problematic ever since with what feels like an arch, Big toe tendon thats locked up.Its hard to get an pronation o reversion so any videos would be helpful

Almost 10 years post right leg ACL (semi tend graft)/medial meniscus repair and I still have issues with weakness in the hamstrings and can't really pull heel to butt without using my hand. I've gone to tons of physios but it's always the same old exercises. I've had some good NKT sessions and I think this type of work is the final piece of the puzzle. Can't wait to get into it and buy the full program (I had a lisfranc ligament repair on the left foot that was also rehabbed not well by the physio at the time)

Is there any chance you could do one of these videos for Quad Tendiopathy?
