Outback’s seasoned and seared or “Aussie style” prime rib is by far the best steak I’ve ever had from a restaurant. The bone in rib-eye is incredible as well. As far as chain steakhouses are concerned, Outback is King in my book.

Before Covid I used to take my kids to Outback once a week. We always got the kookaburra wings for an appetizer. I always ordered the prime rib. My kids usually ordered the Queensland chicken and shrimp or the ribeye. It’s not bad for a mid level steakhouse. The wings are what we always come back for.

Had a steak there once, it was cold, never went back, the blooming onion and wings are about the only good things there

Outback has gotten progressively worse and the portions smaller and smaller. Loved the Alice springs chicken until the potions got so small I could eat it in. 8 bites.

I don't call them steaks.
They are more like grilled blocks of salt.
