Again a good introductory video for newbies. One thing that came to mind while watching the part where you showed the ground speed table and associated rates of descent, someplace along the way of my learning from various videos I was told that a simple rule of thumb to approximate the rate of descent to be followed is to multiply your ground speed by a factor of “5” and this will give a rate of descent. If you check the table on the approach chart this closely approximates the specified rate of descent that was published.

Ground speed for a C152 is 45 knots to stall and 110ish knots for max speed. Fly 60ish knots for landing.
