I am not that good talking english , but hope you understand me.
When unboxing the phantom 4 pro plus. there was a conflict with de sd card and the dji app. the button go fly did not launch the app but it told me the folowing message on the screen: unfortunatly dji go stopped!. As a pilot with his new flying camera you have a very bad day when this happens. I found the solution so I like to share it with you. Found out it can happen also when you put a new sd card in the quad.

OMG!!!! Thank you. I returned my first drone because it had this issue and tech support could not fix it. I spent 3 hours on the phone with tech support tonight and they told me I have to send it back. Your solution worked perfectly. Thank you for saving me so much more aggravation....

Thank you so so so much! I got mine this morning and had this problem frustrate me all day almost. Once I did what you said, it worked perfectly. And...I understood you completely! I think you need to post this on the dji forum as there are many frustrated users out there, and some wrong information about how to fix this. Thanks again and greetings from Australia

Nice one! I found the option by using the android square (it's android even on the P4P+ build-in tablet), but didn't had the nuts to click it :) Thanks!
Not sure if this was mentioned here, but I had this after an upgrade right away. So I even did't saw the normal start screen with 'Enter Device' and so on. Just a black screen with the "unfortunately dji go 4 has stopped" message.
