DJI – Introducing Phantom 4 Pro

The DJI Phantom 4 Pro redefines the iconic Phantom series, bringing imaging and intelligence to new heights. Its new camera equipped with a larger 1-inch sensor and the ability to capture 4K video at 60fps and while its FlightAutonomy system adds dual rear vision sensors and two infrared sensors for a total of 5 directions of obstacle sensing and greater protection. Creators are also further empowered with a new suite of ActiveTrack and TapFly functions that makes complicated shots easier than ever.

This is still branded as "Phantom 4" yet it is basically a whole new generation.

At this point buying a camera like an a6300 from sony for video is almost pointless, just buy a drone, DJI, you deserve a heck of a congratulation.

one thing good about dji is that even though no one can complete dji in the drone market, no one can push dji forward, dji still keep moving forward on their own, never slow down, keep bring new stuff to the already perfect drones

I am excited to receive this version of the Phantom. P4Pro with the object avoidance SHOULD result in a reduced Commercial Operations Insurance Cost. Better Yet, Why doesn't DJI offer drone insurance services for those using these quads for commercial applications? It's a perfect partnership, and the claims would help direct research and development in the future both for protecting the quad and structures being videoed or photographed. What do you say DJI :) become the Aflac of Drone Services :) I bought the extra battery and the new built in screen version. FANTASTIC upgrade from the P3Pro.... which will now serve as my backup.

I will still choose mavic, if you want to know why; 1) Size, its very small. Thats very big thing about drones, the size. 2) All same active track features. 3) The price, its 700€ cheaper.. 4) Maybe you didnt know, but the mavic is also a drone made for racing. 5) The Range. Mavic Pro, always in my mind <3
