thank you, i did the first step, and I wasn't able to connect the wifi via Easy Connect, BUT with manual connection, now the name of my router was showing up !!!, thank you, now my mom can watch neflix :D

OMG! I unplugged it and it didn't work. I didn't know that i had to wait for a whole minute. I just did it right now and it worked! I was about ready to smash this TV for the last week or two and tried everything thinking it was my Wi-Fi connection so I checked my other TV finally and it worked fine don't know why I didn't think of it before thinking I could just turn it off by the remote but it actually worked best advice I've gotten in a while

thank you. Unplugged it from the socket for 60 secs+ and then when I connected it back, it worked well. I had updated the software, lost wifi connection, re-added the connection but it wasn't working with youtube or the browser - it was in a loop saying registering. Now it works. thank you
