My tv hasn't picked up any wifi networks for over a week. Found your video, tried 1st suggestion even tho I know I already tried it. Guess I didn't leave it unplugged long enough before. 🙈 Gave it 5 minutes worked fantastically . 🙏 Thank you!!

I had tried factory resetting and it didn't work, so I thought the wi-fi adapter was permanently broken. Then I saw this video, unplugged it for 60 secs, and now it just works. Damn ok. Thank you,

thank you, i did the first step, and I wasn't able to connect the wifi via Easy Connect, BUT with manual connection, now the name of my router was showing up !!!, thank you, now my mom can watch neflix :D

Unplugging from the wall for 60 seconds fixed my problem thank you thank you thank you, and people he is right it has to be 60 seconds I was impatient the first time and it wasn't a full 60 it didn't work I set a timer the second time added an extra 10 for good measure work like a charm thank you so much

spent an hour trying to fix this, i switch off at the wall every night anyway which is why i doubted this fix - but it worked, thanks!

OMG! I unplugged it and it didn't work. I didn't know that i had to wait for a whole minute. I just did it right now and it worked! Phillips better pay you because I've been trying to call them and their call center is closed according to the phone number that's provided in the booklet. THANK YOU! I was about ready to smash this TV for the last week or two and tried everything thinking it was my Wi-Fi connection so I checked my other TV finally and it worked fine don't know why I didn't think of it before thinking I could just turn it off by the remote but it actually worked best advice I've gotten in a while

thank you. Unplugged it from the socket for 60 secs+ and then when I connected it back, it worked well. I had updated the software, lost wifi connection, re-added the connection but it wasn't working with youtube or the browser - it was in a loop saying registering. Now it works. thank you
