Such an underrated series that people only seem to have hated on because it isn't Tennant or Smith. Capaldi absolutely stole the role from them from the first episode, showing a much more serious and enigmatic Doctor, and his chemistry with Clara was a brilliant driving force behind the overall story. Even Danny, though his main purpose was to serve Clara's story, had a beautiful closing to his character, and despite my skepticisms of a female Master, Missy turned out to be a fantastic character.

I like Capaldi. He's got McCoy's gift of cunning, Eccleston's war weariness, and just a hint of Colin's snark. In fact, this is what Colin's doctor would have been had he had better writers and more support from Nathan-Turner and Grade.

I personally love Capaldi/Coleman duo in Doctor Who, but I know the season wasnt as good as the trailer makes it seem. It does, however, help you understand some pivotal lessons from the season. This is a great trailer. The best one (fanmade or official) of series 8 ive seen yet, many thumbs up.
