BMW X1 (F48) 2016 - today, have four headlights but it seems only two working. For high beam only works in outside position two headlight but for two inside headlight it stay off not turning on.

Day time running light have any controls ? or they work on default settings ? Also the lights on the exterior door handles how does that come on?

Doesn’t show you how to turn lights off while car is parked. Can’t figure it out. Lights are always on at nighttime regardless of what position they are in. So frustrating.

I thought all cars nowadays, even if the lights are always “on” they still turn off when you shut the car off. Some may have a delay feature but they’ll turn off. My 2013 x5 does that. My previous Chevy Cruze did that.

How do turn off day time running lights as well when parked running like at drive in theater

You don't have to turn off the lights even if you leave them in the on position. Once the ignition is off, the lights will also turn off. This kinda defeats the purpose of having automatic lights.

My x3 headlights don"t turn off BMW tells me it's a software problem so I disconnect the battery until they fix the glitch. It's been 2 weeks. STUPID BMW has no real OFF ON button all software controlled. Over engineered STUPIDITY.
