You haven't seen anyone on the Internet make VEGAN BREAKFAST SAUSAGES like this. This recipe was easy, delicious, and of course budget friendly. I also want to say that oddly enough, Rosemary smells like Sausage that's how I knew I added to much when I made it the first time. Moreover, fennel taste exactly like the Sausages you would eat on a PIZZA, but the aftertaste reminds you of Licorice and that's why it's so IMPORTANT to use all of these Herbs and taste test it on a Small Batch until you get the RIGHT FLAVOR. Other than that I really appreciate you guys taking the time to watch this video. 💗💗💗

Some recipes that I have seen don't use ROSEMARY, instead they just use FENNEL, SAGE, and THYME. I also tweaked the recipe a bit after seeing other Vegan breakfast sausage recipes and I decided to add Cinnamon and Allspice for that sweet and Maple flavor and it came out Heavenly. So give it a go and don't be afraid to experiment on your health journey.

INGREDIENTS:
QUINOA
SUNFLOWER KERNELS (UNSALTED)
WALNUTS
RAW PEPITAS
SALT
BLACK PEPPER
FENNEL
ROSEMARY (Optional)
THYME
SAGE
GRAPESEED OIL
CINNAMON & ALLSPICE (FOR A MAPLE FLAVOR)
COCONUT FLOUR (OPTIONAL) *TAPIOCA, FLAXSEED, OR CHIKPEA FLOUR INSTEAD*

Hello - I love your way of connecting with your audience! And this recipe looks very interesting - I will try it. Congrats on your channel too. In support of your work, I offer a couple suggestions for you to consider. I suggest that if you want to talk about the "why" behind vegan that you do that in a separate video. When people check out recipe videos it's usually to get right to the recipe as quickly as possible. I for one, don't even need to see full chopping of every ingredient and highly prefer well edited videos (like Grubanny and MyVeganKitchen). Also, please do not cook in a plastic bag! Heated plastic is toxic - the toxins in plastics leech into your food. It is counterintuitive that a vegan recipe would be using plastic bag cooking. I want you to be successful so I share these suggestions with love and I wish you all good things. Keep going- you are fantastic!!
