Hey my guy! My son made the best impossible meatloaf last night. My son taught me something that he learned from a Youtuber making his mom’s meatloaf. Using grape nuts as a binder. I thought of you because you don’t like the taste of wheat gluten. It is perfect. There is almost no taste. It’s cheap and you can grind it into powder or not. I’m using it for my mushroom lentil burgers right now. It’s fantastic.

Beyond breakfast patties are legitimately my favorite meat substitute ever but they’re so greasy. It’s not even the calories I’m worried about because it’s not so high in calories if you just have two. It just feels like what I’m eating is unhealthy because of the fat and mouthfeel idk
