“One day a man named Truth and a man named Lie stood by a river just outside of town. They were twin brothers. Lie challenged Truth to a race, claiming he could swim across the river faster than Truth. Lie laid out the rules to the challenge stating that they both must remove all their clothes and at the count of 3, dive in to the freezing cold water swim to the other side and back. I remember the moment as a young child when I realized that a family member had lied to me. It was such a shock. Then I watched as those around me who lied got away with things. It was such a struggle. I took that experience and started to lie about everything. I lied until I started my journey as a student of Ramtha 30 years ago. It became my passion to live in truth. To speak my truth and stand in my truth. It was such a rocky road but it was so powerfully purposeful and freeing. It has been so interesting to watch myself as I went through my realizations of how I was still lying to myself or others. It was like peeling an onion. The layers are still coming off. I really needed to hear this bc i am def at a breaking point with all of this spiritual LOA stuff, revisioning and reframing and gaslighting ourselves with what feels good but can send you down the road of destroying yr life if you are not careful. It is a slippery slope. After adding psyche education such as CBT and knowledge of neuroscience, mindfulness and emotional intelligence practices a lot of conflicting perspectives came up for me. I express enough how i set myself up to be taken advantage of by riding off of these spiritual ideals. Adding these tools can help you begin to get some clarity. yup I realized that I was getting better at ‚spiritual‘ life or however you want to call it when I watched these videos and looked at this posts and first questioned myself how does this apply to me, instead of immedietly thinking about someone else and how I can send other people these videos and posts.
Ofcourse I still send people stuff that I genuinely think they can profit from hearing,
but I first always listen and take in the information myself and look at my own life and how I can or need or don‘t need to apply the information I was just presented with
